Where we are on delivery, in plain terms.

Pre-launch noticePearlsteeth is a pre-launch project. We are not taking payment or orders yet — this site collects expressions of interest only. Full business details will be published here before pre-orders open. Nothing on these pages limits your statutory rights.

Current status

We are not shipping yet. Pearlsteeth is pre-launch, and registering your interest does not create an order or a delivery. Nothing is dispatched to you when you sign up.

Expected timing

We expect packs to ship around two months after pre-orders open. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If the timing slips, everyone on the interest list will be told by email before any payment is taken.

Destinations and costs

Delivery destinations, shipping rates and any free-delivery threshold are still being finalised with our fulfilment partner. They will be published on this page — and shown clearly at checkout — before pre-orders open. We will not take payment for delivery terms we have not published.

Tracking and problems

Our intention is that every order ships with tracking. How to report a missing or damaged delivery, and how we put it right, will be set out here before launch in line with your consumer rights.
