Privacy & cookies

What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Pre-launch noticePearlsteeth is a pre-launch project. We are not taking payment or orders yet — this site collects expressions of interest only. Full business details will be published here before pre-orders open. Nothing on these pages limits your statutory rights.

Who we are

Pearlsteeth is a pre-launch teeth whitening brand. The project is not yet a registered company, so there is no company number or registered address to give you yet. Those details will be published on this page before we open pre-orders or take any payment.

What we collect

If you register your interest, we store the email address you give us and the flavour you pick, along with the date you signed up. That is all we collect. We do not take payment details, we do not run accounts or passwords, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.

What we use it for

Your email address is used for one thing: to tell you when pre-orders open and to send you occasional launch updates. We will not sell or share your address with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are stored in our hosted database, which is operated by our platform provider on secure servers. Access is restricted to the people running Pearlsteeth.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember what is in your bag. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes before launch, this page will be updated and any consent required by law will be asked for first.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until pre-orders open and for a short period after, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them entirely. To do that, use the contact route on our Contact page. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
