Where we stand on returns before launch.

No orders have been taken, so there is nothing to return or refund. Registering your interest is free and you can ask us to remove your email address at any time — see the Contact page.
Your future cancellation rights
When pre-orders open, the statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase will be honoured in full. For most UK and EU online purchases that means a 14-day right to change your mind, and we will explain exactly how it works before taking any payment.
Opened products
Teeth whitening strips are a sealed hygiene product. Any limit on returning packs whose seal has been broken will be checked against the law that applies to you and stated clearly here before launch. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are never excluded.
Faulty or damaged items
If a pack arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer law that applies to you. The exact process will be published here before pre-orders open.
Refunds
Refund method and timing will be confirmed here before launch. We will not take payment under refund terms we have not published.
